Our Story
We're Semeris, finance professionals and technologists who understand structured finance and the technology needed to modernize it.
The problem was clear. Legal document analysis remained a bottleneck in deal execution, consuming days that should have been spent on strategic decisions. We didn't accept that PDFs had to remain impenetrable, so we built the solution the market required. Technology that transforms document analysis from a barrier to a competitive advantage.

Peter Jasko
CEO
Peter has blended technology and finance throughout his career. Highlights include leading the European CLO team at JPMorgan and running three successful tech startups. When he is not running marathons, he chairs a local Scout group and swimming club. -
Sam Daroczy
CTO, Co-Founder
Sam's background is in software, telecom/voice, datacenter and compliance technologies. He was most recently co-founder and CEO of Verba Technologies, a fintech, which was acquired by Nasdaq-listed Verint Systems. At Verba, he architected the firm's speech analytics technology. Besides Semeris, he invests in real estate and trains his dog. -
Danielle Dufey
COO
Danielle's background is in Capital Markets and Structured Finance. She worked as a Executive Director in the European CLO Structuring team at JPMorgan for 11 years, focusing on cashflow CLOs, synthetic CDOs and CDOs of ABS. Most recently, she has been involved in business management and strategy in the UK education sector. -
Neil McPherson
Head of Global Sales
Neil's career in capital markets has traversed software engineering, fixed income research, and business development for a variety of fintech and investment banking firms, and he recently served as the head of investor relations for Standard and Poor's CLO and Leveraged Finance ratings businesses. Neil likes hobbies that begin with the letter "B" - bicycling, beekeeping, boating and bagpiping among them. -
Bram Rosenfeld
Chief Product Officer
Bram has more than 25 years of experience producing data and software for the fixed income and structured finance markets in both North America and Asia. Most recently, Bram was the Head of Business Development for DealX. His hobbies/obsessions include coffee, rock climbing, and playing bluegrass music. -
Dave Caspar
Head of Customer Success
Dave's journey within structured finance has included roles in corporate trust banking, rating agency, portfolio management, and insurance risk management. During this time, he read stacks of deal docs and learned to break down complex information into bite-size pieces. Dave often uses these nuggets in colorful training sessions which include using jet fuel capacity to conceptually explain overcollateralization.
