Semeris is a legal AI company founded in 2020 that specializes in natural language processing and AI technologies to analyze complex legal documentation in the capital markets. Our analytical platform Semeris Docs focuses on extracting insights from words, not numbers, delivering productivity and analytical capabilities to leading asset managers, investment banks, law firms, trustees, and ratings agencies.

Approximately 50% of our revenue comes from U.S. clients, many of whom are major institutions in structured finance, private credit, and leveraged finance markets.

Following our Series A funding round in January 2025, we're a growing company with an international team of approximately 45 software developers, analysts, and sales and marketing specialists.

About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our U.S. team and expand our business in structured finance and private credit. Reporting to our Head of US Sales, you'll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing, with clients across asset management, investment banking, law firms, rating agencies, and trustees.

You should possess domain expertise in these sectors, an established industry network, and a keen interest in software that enables financial professionals to analyze complex documents.
